Out of all the food options available in Taipei 101’s food court this strikes me as the most interesting one as you get to assemble your own food. From choosing the vegan meat options to the noodles and vegetables, you get to pick what goes in your bowl. When receiving your bowl, you can add more sauce or toppings to your liking which I liked so much.

Food is amazing. Simple , tasty and healthy. Service staffs are like the character in Zom 100, lifeless and hate their jobs. Maybe the boss might be an issue? Haha

I appreciate the simplicity of this cuisine. It allows the natural flavors to shine and creates a truly enjoyable dining experience.Their self-made sauce are unique.The sun-dried vermicelli noodles with sesame sauce, along with the mild ginger flavor from the ginger paste, complemented by the aroma of mushrooms and vegetables, create a harmonious blend. After finishing the meal, I feel light and satisfied.

My favorite store in town. The food is good quality, the soup super tasty, and the amount of choice is great. Also, the ladies working there are very nice.

Really flavorful broth, healthy ingredients, and all super fast! Would go again for sure.
