Wendy's - Wylie

There seems to be language barriers among employees. Recurring corrections were made, on the run! We saw two women standing at a corner of a workplace with a pretty competition of wills. A lady took a wrapped sandwich from a bag. Words were told how they reached and put a DIFFERENT sandwich in the pocket. They both looked on the order screen. The second lady came into the bag and took out the THAT sandwich and then put the first sandwich BACK in the bag. More words have been spoken. At this point they both turned and went away from the corner, and a full minute before the first lady came back and exchanged them again. At this point I was not sure that the WHO won, but she rolled the tip closed and wore the bag into the through window. When standing (after our order and waiting for our drinking cups) no less than two gentlemen came in from the outside and asked for an order correction. They had no ketchup/no onions, and their burger had both. The other one brought Fritten who were SUPPOSED to be onion rings. We got our order and set ourselves to eat, just as two customers came to the order line. My wife enjoyed her Crispy Chicken Sandwich (she SAID) as much as she WOULD 'VE the Burger she had ordered. I told her I didn't take it MIND to GET her the burger, but there was already a lady with an open pocket trying to explain that HER order was screwed. We got out as fast as we...

Wendy's is my favorite place to eat, so this is hard (but quite typical of fast food towns in this area) they tried to tear me off. Ordered one. 5$ Biggie bag so I could get the Jr bacon Cheeseburger and she gave me something the size of half a dollar... It was ridiculously tiny. And they wanted to tell me it was normal. I feel Wendys is the only fast food franchise that has no integrity anymore. No matter what Wendy's I am, or even for this matter, it always has highest quality. McDonald's is venerable, Burger King is literally a thing of the past, I don't even see any splendor at each of them, but Wendy's has the same top note, high quality, excellent all around with there food, service, atmosphere I just want to say thank you!!!

We ordered 5 4for4 the pommes were cold in all them or just old maybe and in one of the bags they just put a bun? Haha I know it happens sometimes, but I also have my burger. The lady at the window in Drive threw up life, I hope she feels better.

Dont know why but it seems most of the fast food places in Wylie are bad! From the food to services! Wendys seems to be getting worse!
