Starbucks - Wylie

I don't know why so many negative reviews here. Maybe they are looking for the ride thru location on the parking lot because this location (inside the grocery store) is GREAT. I'm going by the other one and I'm going out of my car to go in. The latina barista (I would like to say her name was Leticia or something similar) consistently makes an amazing job on my drinks, the service is great, and they never gave me a reason to complain. In this Age of Convenience, any place that can make me go there and go to a grocery store just to get a coffee is definitely merit of 5 stars!

Barista without teeth is constantly a problem. Literally there are so many bad reviews on this place, and the shop owner even responded to one of them yet there are no changes. This lady asked where I was from after I ordered my drink just because it wasn't a normal drink and had changes? This lady literally acts rudely to every child and the drinks are barely good as if they couldn't get this together at all.

0/10 customer service. I never wanted there to be such a star. The ladies are all so rude, especially those with missing teeth. I never wanted to throw up any more when I saw they make drinks without gloves. Your attitude is just so rude and unnecessary. I got it.

Starbucks' barista was so annoying and careless that she grabbed the ingredients with her bare hands like the matcha and dragon fruit and the station was so sticky. When I went to the toilet room, she followed me and thought I was a student and attacked me by calling the cops to me. She also wanted a picture of and I respectfully asked no, but she still took it I just felt so disdained worst barista experience ever. She is the barista without teeth and she knows fyi

Racist white lady with no teeth kept following me, i was scared so i left the place. Even when i ordered she kept mean mugging me. Horrible experience….I hope something is done about her.
