Pizza was great pasta dishes not up to standard! Carbonara with grated cheese on top… beautiful inside just improve the pasta y ok are Italians

Located near the signal iduna Park stadium. Very nice place to sit Not crowded. Service was very good and fast. We ate pizza and pasta. Also had local pilzen beer. Price are low. Highly recommended to visit if you like Italian cuisine.

La gazetta is a restaurant in the Southern suburbs of Dortmund, near the university campus and the technology park. It has been around for decades, not changing management too often. Restaurant is inviting, tables set so that your are close to others, but can have your own private’s conversation. Food is authentic, good pizza, good pasta salads. Those are the things we tried out neighboring tables seemed to enjoy fish and meat dishes. Drinks are good as well (wine, aperol reasonably priced). Service very friendly continuous same waiters. Prices are moderate. Lunch menu, in the summer there is a nice patio area which is always busy on sunny days. Family favorite, takeout service available.
