Dunkin' - Wrightstown

Customer service wasn’t the best. If you don’t use the kiosk to order, the staff make it a huge point to “MAKE SURE” you see the Dunkin paper cup for tips. A lot of times I have to repeat my order. Just to make sure I went to other establishments and they understood me. Food is good but won’t be going back.

Literally worst experience I ever had undercooked food and when I politely asked for it to be fixed they spitefully overcooked my order and told me that's how they like it now I'm late for an appointment and still hungry thanks for completely ruining my day!

My dude ask for order so aggressively it will shock you at first. But once you understand that is just him you just do your thing and order and you are out!

It's a dunkin... definitely rip you off on the drinks. Half my cup was foam...

Ordered several spider donuts and they look NOTHING like a spider. Anyone could have done better than this. It 's just squiggles not legs. So disappointing.
