Union Burger - Woodstock

We loved this place. We stopped on our way through Woodstock. So disappointing. Burgers were dried and overcooked. Like the Burger Toppings and Pommes. The milkshake saved the meal for my son and the server was friendly.

Love there mushroom melt I get it almost daily for lunch, so good it is. Great service very friendly. Also very good timing with food ready to go.

Just went to UB and was really excited to have a double bacon Cheeseburger combo. I have to say a real price for quality meal! However, customer service is an essential part of the experience. We were the only people at the time, and the server looked less than enthusiastic about taking our order after we wanted to be happy that it would even talk to us. After we got the wrong food, we took it back to tell her, and she just looked at us and said oh well I only accused you not to recognize her mistake for the cheeseburger, but to accuse us, we say that 's what we told her. Then there was an rude and sarcastic suffering with a glare. I would expect this kind of attitude from a teenager, but this woman was well seasoned with a full head of silver. It has never been tried to correct our order. Good food, just bad service.

Got the quarter burger combo burger was great but fries were nasty no salt or ketchup. Extremely hard to order between the cranked music and accent of employees make it extremely difficult to know what they are saying

Visited for first time in few years went during recent Street fest. Ordered poutine and onion rings milkshake. Gravy wasn't good tasting at all onion rings dry milkshake was the only good item. We won't be back... our limited take out budget can be better spent elsewhere
