Applebee's - Woodbury

The new whiskey bacon burger was very delicious. server was polite and helpful. eating came to various times, had to wait for our french. otherwise a good eating experience. Food: 5/5

Terrible service, drinks were terrible! we told the waitress she was bad and she was horrified. look at us and said I did it myself. when we asked for new drinks, she sent out new terrible drinks. they waited for our food and brought my 6 year old food not for good 20 minutes after all. my 11-year-old wings were cold, my man got to be half eating and when we complained and asked for a manager, the manager got angry at us and went away and told us they would take care of the command. I didn't eat because my child was hungry and my food ate. never again!

Just stopped in for a quick drink and to have an appetizer. We were seated immediately, and the waitress was friendly and inviting. Drinks and food came out fast, we were pretty much in and out.

The food was decent and the service was good. Unfortunately we were seated next to a group of spoiled teenagers who lacked in good manners and were throwing food and objects at each other and I was struck in the middle of my back with a chunk of celery sticks! Local Woodbury residents: please teach your children some manners or keep them at home. Thx

Maybe it was just at the time when we got there. They were not busy but we did waited for a while before someone came and seated us. Once we got our drinks, there was something in my friend's drink. We waited until our waitress was done socializing with her friends before we were able to flag her down to ask for another cup of water. Our waitress was busy with her friends: sitting, chatting, and eating....later she even laid down on the bench. I'm not sure how to comment on that but very unprofessional. I have been to this location before the pandemic and it was not like this. Thought we give it a try since Key's Cafe was super busy. Won't be back anytime soon, would go to Stillwater location instead.Parking: Not a lot of customers. Easy finding a parking spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Area is wheelchair accessible.
