Arby's - Woodbridge

I ordered the limited time brown sugar crusted blt sandwich on Sunday....well the bacon that was on this particular specialty sandwich did not have brown sugar on any of the pieces of bacon, none at all. Very disappointed with this sandwich.

This place should close. Associates are rude and inattentive. Uneasy atmosphere, food is not good.

Came in on a Sunday (today 21 Jan) and we were the only ones here. The order took 15-20 minutes while we stood at the counter watching 4 employees. We did not get our drinks and had to tell them when the one staff member brought our food over and the fish sandwich sat on the tray on the counter in front of us. The only thing fresh was the kids chick nuggets. The fish was cold the gyro pita bread was hard and the fries were all like warm at best. The worst experience we have every had at an Arby's. I usually choose this over other fast food restaurants as they have a variety.Update: This Arby's was generous in sending me three free meal coupons to make up for their not so great night we showed up. We have not used them yet but did dine at another location and had another good experience.

Tried the trending GOOD BURGER. Overall the meal was good, I just wish my food was warmer/hot. I asked for fresh fries and I definitely did not receive them. The burger was really good and tasty though so it made up for the cold fries a little.

They have finally added strawberry milkshakes to their menu!
