Dagwood Wine Bar - Wollongong

I found this restaurant to be quite disappointing. The cocktails were poorly mixed and overly sweet, lacking in alcohol flavor. The food was also just average. Compared to other dining options in Wollongong, I definitely wouldn't choose to return here. I was really surprised by how crowded it was.

Large small bar with relaxed atmosphere. the cocktails change regularly and never despise. the asian fusion food is fresh and tasty my favorite are the crabs or cocks. service is good and the staff is super friendly. highly recommended.

I am regularly in dagwood, as I like the atmosphere and I "did"love the lowerless brunch. the last visits of the drinks are so watered, it is like drinking cordial, the price has risen and the drink quality has gone down. based on the last visit down, I wouldn't go back and I would really not recommend the groundless if they retrieve the quality from there drinks. I usually find the personal is great, although the quality is very bad to drink.

The customer service at this restaurant is non-existent. The atmosphere is dull, the drinks are average, and the food tastes cheap. The workers are rude and arrogant, including the egotistical manager. When a table was booked and last drinks were called an hour before the reservation, the manager showed no consideration or personal behavior. Any mistakes made with orders were blamed on the customer. The bar staff accused female customers of trying to get free drinks without apologizing. When asked for feedback, the manager would dismiss it and delete emails. I visited this place twice, once for dinner with my partner and once for a friend's birthday, and both times we were treated poorly. I will never return, this place is awful.

We had a reservation for a friend's birthday until 9:30 PM, but at 8:30 PM the "manager" informed us that last drinks were being called for our table because they had another group waiting. Despite explaining our reservation time, the manager was rude and told us to leave by 9 PM. The staff also gave us the wrong drinks and when we mentioned the mistake, the manager did not bother to correct it and just left the incorrect drinks at our table. Overall, the staff was extremely rude and provided poor service. When we shared our dissatisfaction with the manager, he dismissed our feedback and stated that any emails sent would be ignored. This behavior was highly unprofessional.
