Ruth's Chris Steak House Winter Park

Yesterday my mother was birthday – she became 91! to celebrate, she wants to go ex to ruth chris. the extraordinary attention and care she received from rylee when we arrived was hearty. all employees welcomed them and wished their birthday with names. if they are looking for exceptional service, it is justin that is the mwp. in the evening he ensured that everything was right. he spent time with mary and listened. she was, of course, overjoyed.

Everything was great except it took almost 30 minutes after our reservation to get space. the staff at the front seemed overwhelmed and badly prepared. to the credit of the manager we were offered a few free drinks that helped the situation late. there are some bends in the short time with this new location and how it works with flow.

The winter park site recently moved into a new building in the winter park village, and in my opinion, the new space has reduced the total value of eating at ruth’s chris. the tables are extremely close, the server are now very young and inexperienced its loud. the old position was classic, the new position is not. the quality of food is still excellent. this was our second visit in this new situation, my wife and I decided to eat there because I was able to make a reservation on short notice where other restaurants were booked. we will not go back to this place, we will now choose eddie V’s because it is the next thing Ruth’s chris was in winter park earlier. the price is too high for the atmosphere at this place. in fairness the restaurant was busy, but we want the whole package like ruths reached earlier.

Fantastic dinner in a beautiful new location. colin delivered first-class service, our steaks were perfectly cooked and the modern atmosphere was delightful. we'll be back soon.

Our server was spot on, the food fantastic and cooked to our request. A gem.
