Harborside - Winter Haven

Our server was excellent. she was friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. our order was served hot, fresh and in a reasonable time. fried shrimp and white fish combo was crispy outside and not drying out. the white fish was salty for me, but my man was not right. I loved the fries a little thick and tasty like kartoffeln. the shrimp trio was very good, but the filling in the garnels was a bit too heavy. the old shy snake was surprisingly good. the chocolate cake was sweet and the wrench cake was also delicious. total we spent $200 for 3 people including appetizers, drinks, desserts and drinking money. the service, tasty eating, cleanliness and ambiente was worth it and we have taken all the rest home! if I had to complain about something, I would say that the choice of food is limited. but that would not stop me from coming back, and again, and.

What a great experience! Our server Alisha was absolutely awesome! She is incredibly friendly and fun to talk to. Not to mention her service was on point! Next, the lobster bites are a must…SO good! The entrees were perfectly portioned with a good selection of sides. After dinner, wander out by the dock and look for gators! We will be eating there again.

We ate their with family. We live to make this one of our dinner stops when our family visits. Our server Jenny was great and the food was delicious. Love walking on the dock afterwards and taking in the amazing views! Will be back!

The view is beautiful. The food was ok, not bad, but not great. Our service could have been better as well. The salmon was over cooked, our steak was cooked properly but wasn't seasoned at all. My husband did enjoy his grouper. The service wasn't great... I never received a drink refill, our apps came out really fast but our main course took forever! The waitress didn't bring out my daughter's sides and she ordered my husband the wrong soup.

We had a wonderful dinner and Kayla took wonderful care of us including taking pictures. We had a shrimp and fish combo along with two mixed drinks. Kayla also surprised us with a wonderful chocolate Sunday.
