Arby's - Winona

We tried to order online. The site was down. It took us over an hour to place our order and receive our food. Very disappointed!!! Only bright spot was a worker named LaShonda.

Fries were a bit over cooked, but the sandwiches were the bomb!

It was close to the hotel. I do like their food. It is a good change from hamburgers. The 3 stars for the food is due to the curly fries. When you open your bag and there is one crinkle fry in with a few whole curly fries and a lot of pieces you know they emptied the fry basket of the dregs. You would thimk they'd dump that and give you fresh. The problem of getting a to go order.

Twice now I’ve waited in the drive through for what definitely seemed to be 20 minutes; garbage in the yard right next to the trash and spa-radically throughout the rest of the yard. But, food was hot and amazing as always!

Something is really wrong with the Arby's in Winona, MN. Seems like drug use is going on in the back.
