Went in during the lunch rush and there’s only one employee working??? i was waiting there for 15 minutes and ended up not being able to get my food. for this being one of the only food places in st norbert that’s SUPPOSED to be fast terrible service.

Management in this store is one of the worst I've ever seen. They put out coupons with a QR code that doesn't work and then don't honour it and make you pay their highly inflated full price $28 for 2 bad sandwiches). The bread was old, dry and bland. They advertise pesto with the rest of the sauces and then charge you more for it as if it is a premium topping. Terrible management and the worst customer service ive seen in a long time!!!! I will NEVER go back to this restaurant again and neither should anyone else.Vegetarian options: Sloppy sandwich artist. Lost some of my steak into the veggies as she was making the sub.Dietary restrictions: Cross contamination all over. If you have strict dietary restrictions do not eat here as nothing is separated or prepared properly.

Food was good steak and cheese footlong . Service was slow and people in line were getting restless with wait times approaching 15 minutes. I wish they had more staff working during peak periods to fix this problem.

I always get my sub to go. Clean, friendly, not busy, good food. I'll keep coming for the veggie patty sub as long as they have it.?Vegetarian options: You can get all the toppings without adding any meat, or get the veggie patty sub. It's good?
