Bidrage med feedbackWe enjoyed the small plates format. The Dips & Things (homemade ricotta on our visit) was especially good as well as the tuna, gnocchi and mussels. Loved the gardener and negroni cocktails.
Our book club met at Close Company last night. It was the perfect spot! It only has seating for 10ish so make a reservation. We had a table for 9 and ordered one of everything on the menu. The food is served tapas style and was amazing. My favs were the tomato toast, the meatballs, the beef carpaccio and the peppers! Although honestly everything was great. The drink cocktails were different but awesome. Can't wait to go back.
Tried this place based on the recommendation of friends. Had two great cocktails old fashion and el diablo, quickly it was easy to see the passion that went into the home made syrups and infused elements in the drinks. Had the torched tuna, Parisian gnocchi and Moroccan meatballs. Tuna was fantastic and original with the chips and burnt seasonings, black garlic though a trendy ingredient was well placed on this dish. Can't say enough about the chef and service. Great place, very well done, highly recommend.
The chef is a genius at combining subtle flavours of herbs and spices Normally I wont eat salads made with arugula and such, because to me they have all the flavour of grass clippings, but the chef had combined them with a vinaigrette of such delicate subtlety that I ate every scrap.I had a salmon dish and my husband had clams.Both were utterly delectable.Seating is catch-what-you-can from 6-8pm.After that, it’s teservations only..
Great small plates for sharing. They just updated their menu and it's very good, better than the last one for sure. Also very good cocktails.
