Burger King - Wilmington

I waited for almost 5 minutes for someone who took my order on the loudspeaker in the car drive- restaurant was not with only one car in the drive through, but I had never come to speaker to take my order so that I went. from no reason should I have to sit in a driveway five minutes to let someone my command over the loudspeaker take if there is no other car in the line. save her money and go elsewhere

Drive. no co2 so stinking, slow, but maybe because they still seek help? my command was wrong? but they stopped correcting it before I drove away. this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks we were disappointed with this location.

Whopper was less than stellar. not even room temperature. I also had half a tee, and both urns must have been sweetened. it was like sirup.

Every bit of food that was ordered, except the jalapeño bites was cold. Double whopper, cold, chicken sandwich, cold, fries, cold. Such a waste of money and time. Would have went back and got them to remake everything had I not been worried they would spit in it or something. Those folks need some work ethic, or learn to take some pride in the product they serving. Im so disgusted!

Food is always served promptly and the orders right. The only negative is they aren't able to hire enough staff to open the dining room in the evening.
