Eatn Park - Willoughby Hills

We were greeted by three minutes after we entered the restaurant, 2 more people were waiting too, final reacted after 10 minutes or so. The waitress who 's name was Jessica I believe, arrived several minutes later to get a drink order, anyhow after she brought the drinks we placed our ordered, she didn 't know sides that came with dinner and didn 't know about the price of the salad bar, the food arrived quickly, I asked for mayo for my burger which I was never asked what temperature I wanted it cooked too, she came back nearly 10 minutes later after we had to sent another waitress to remind her, never asked us for any refills on the coffee either. Here is the kicker, as we were paying our check at the cashiers , the manager asked us that how everything was and I replied, it was alright, almost expressing facially and through my tone that it was very unsatisfactory, he replied, ok and cashed us out and we left. Now I worked as a waiter during my college years and the management and servers were taught about negative body 's language and tone, but this was obviously a Manager who hasn 't completed any customer satisfaction courses. Now let me remind everyone that the other location of Eat n Park just closed and this location is in very competitive location so I don 't see it lasting too much longer. Don 't go there, there are several good restaurants close by.

This place was a pleasant stop to eat with the bus tour I came with... I can't fully judge their menu because I only had a few to choose from bc I came with a group... I did have a chance to eat at the salad bar which was fabulous! Everything was fresh and delicious! Their staff especially Jordan was so patient and kind at every moment of our visit! If I'm ever back in the area I would return !

Not good. Salad bar was ok angus . cheeseburger sucked.no flavor. Fries were terrible pancakes were blah. Sorry we didn't yo to primanti brothers or golden coral. Stopped because chick Gil a was closed on Sunday

Terrific staff. Food was good. They boxed up cookies for a train ride. The smiley face cookies made it all the way home. Not one was broken.

This was a great place to eat but most of the eatnpark chain has been closed by the owning corporation including this location
