Grizzly's Wood Fired Grill Willmar

Got here at a great time and was seated immediately (it got busy after I arrived) my Server was on point the entire night, she didn 't skip a beat. I unfortunately spaced her name ? but I gave her a huge tip! I ordered a Blackberry Mojito, and the Wood smoked combo platter for two just for myself. I wanted to sample what they had to offer, and have enough leftovers for later. The brisket was perfect. That disappeared from my plate almost immediately. The ribs were pretty good, but not the fall off bone style that I like. The chicken had great flavor too. The cornbread was delicious, as was the Coleslaw, which I 'm pretty picky about. The beans were normal, nothing crazy, but still good. The Mojito was stronger than I 've ever had one, which was fine, but it was lacking all the mojito taste that I kinda desired. I 'm back tonight and got the Talking Waters Brewing Aloha, and it 's VERY good! I ordered the Parmesan Encrusted Walleye, with a Cesar Salad and it 's fantastic too! I 'll keep coming back through the week, then it 's off to a new city for me.

I had a Very Nice Meal.. Everything on my plate was Delicious... Pulled Pork,Fries,Beans, Cornbread...the Iced Tea was OK... The Price was Quite Reasonable...

I’ve been eating here for about a year now. First few times I’ve purchased the 1/2 lb brisket platter was amazing!!! After that every time I eat here now the brisket is super tough and can’t even cut it with a fork, almost like an overcooked steak. Really lets me down since I’ve recommended this place to so many people I almost wish I wouldn’t have. I wish they would bring back the previous cook that knew what they were doing with that brisket ?

Great food! Loved seeing the smoker/wood fire as you walk in. Fun atmosphere.

First time going to Grizzly’s back in November '23 wasn’t the best experience. But having gone again back in May and a few times since the food has been great and so has the service. Their brown sugar bacon cheese burger is so good. The variety of soups is a favorite of my family members. You can’t go wrong coming here.
