Chick-fil-a - Williamsburg

Mixed review due to unacceptable after order wait time in store today. Staff was great, professional, food great as always, but after a short time in order line, stood waiting on order for literally 25 minutes, watched online orders, door dash orders, comeand go, all while in house carry out patrons stood waiting 15 to 25 minutes to get there carry out food orders. Worst wait timeEVER. Asked for my money back after 20 minutes, was offered a re fill on my drink, which you get anyway....and after complaininga second time 5 minutes later, my order was brought to me. For the love of God do better. For those of us only getting a 30minute lunch break, your franchise fails horribly on serving us.

What can you say bad about Chick-fil-A? Seriously. The stores are always clean, the food is fresh and their employees are just about the nicest people on the planet! Chick-fil-A is our go to breakfast when traveling. You know you will get in and out fastand the order will be correct and handed off with a smile. Thanks Chick-fil-A!

We order from this location often during the work week sometimes take out sometimes delivery. We have voiced before to the management that when we pay extra for a large fry it is disappointing to get a large box that isn't even 1/2 full! They put allthe condiments on top of the fries so you don't notice it isn't a full serving until it's too late . Happens everytime we ordernever fails. I order and pay extra for a large and get a small children's serving. I need to diet but dang...

Place was great just like any chick fil a , place was nice and cool when it was 80 degrees and hot at night they made everything we asked for had great people working as always what more could you want
