Bidrage med feedbackOur visit to red lobster was better than in the past. good service as soon as we were at the table. eating was good, the rolls are of course the best, and the price is ok for the amount of food they receive. my only complain is that we have used the open table app to our place in the line about 45 minutes before a arrival of 7pm, and when we arrived, the hostess said it would still be a 15-30 minutes waiting. I said, but we got our names in line 45 minutes ago, and they were not so busy either from the waiting area. she seemed super confused, then came back and said it was 10-15 minutes. that was “ok”, but I was still angry. we went past and hung through the entry to wait when the manager came and asked very confused about our use of open table. I said: “Yes, I have booked the app for a table at 7 o’clock and the confirmation clicked that it was not a reservation, but put our names in line. they still seemed to be confused, but they said they would get us in asap. we waited for only 10 minutes. it wasn't bad. I think they need to be more familiar with the opentable app and what it looks like they glorify their screens. other great experience.
Everything you can eat was scarf. the butter biscuits were the best for years. if a change was made, the ambiente would be a 5! left under $80 for the family of 5. 2 hours lively sea fairing crab legs dinner for the mom
Our waitress was great. very polite and polite. let us know that she wanted to educate that we let her know what she could do better or something. she was the best!. the food quality has gone on the hill, no garden salads only caesar salat as a choice. steak was not cooked as ordered on 2 of us. daughter lobster was great, she said. shrimp alfredo was a bit dry. My only complaint is that we used the Open Table app to set our place in line about mins before a arrival, and when we arrived the hostess said it would still be a min wait. I said but we got our name in line mins ago, and they werenât that busy either from the waiting area. She seemed super confused, then came back and said it would be mins. Which was âokâ, but I was still annoyed. We quietly went over and hung by the entry to wait, when the manager came up and asked very confused about our use of Open Table. I said âyes, I booked thru the app for a table at as well as clicked the acknowledgment that it was not a reservation but putting our name in line. She still seemed confused, but did say they would get us in ASAP. We ultimately only waited additional minutes. So it wasnât bad. I think they need to get more familiar with the OpenTable app and what it looks like to their patrons. Otherwise great experience.
Endless garnels are the best time of the year. I am disappointed that they will get rid of some of the aromen, but it was still delicious.
