Kitchen and personal were aware of cross-contamination

Eating is great, but ruined by bad service and abrupt personal. unfortunately this was the trend the last 3 times I left.

I enjoyed it in the past, but it's just a chain business really. the steak is just steak, and they literally get only one kartoffel or a few chips. it's not worth what they pay. the service we had in the night when we went recently was ridiculous. there was no hurry - we went early and had booked a table. we always had to ask ourselves about water, salt and pepper what other tables were offered. a glass of wine that had been ordered that never appeared. the personal was not related to anything, but somehow they did nothing. next time I go to a real steak house - with real dry aged steak.

Excellent service which was only topped by how good the steak was. We had 200g eye fillet which were surprisingly filling paired with creamy garlic sauce.
