Authentico is a hidden gem with beautifully simple and beautifully cooked dishes. They offer the best slow-cooked meats and are one of the few cafes of this kind left in Melbourne. Run by Greeks, you may even find Mama there. Don't hesitate, just go - you won't be disappointed.
This restaurant is a great spot to grab a bite after a tough rock climbing session. I highly recommend trying the egg and bacon toastie, as well as the cinnamon donut. The owners are friendly and talkative. Although the exterior may not look like much, the food is fantastic. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Best coffee this side of Carlton. A great place for the essentials of life: hot chips, chicken snitz and a warm.welcoming atmosphere !
