Bidrage med feedbackThis location is great. Hell illuminated. Very clean. Staff super friendly. They were made of hot water. I advised one of the employees. He immediately turned out to fill it again. He advised it would be refilled in three minutes. When I waited, a very helpful and sweet employee asked for my cup and filled it for me, so I didn't have to wait. I wish I remembered his name. He faked bread bowls this morning. He's great. The food was as expected.
It was 11/26 on Saturday. Sign up when you're closed at 9:00. Google says 9:00. Outside at 8:02. Doors locked customers inside still, I just wanted a coffee and they wouldn’t open the door, although it had 2 minutes after the hour of the place still several customers inside. Also technically still open for 58 more minutes after posted hours... This is a good customer service.
Disgusting, dirty and all that you can imagine. since the minute I tried to sit down to wait for our food, each single table was dirty, not a cleaner table! I had to clean the table myself. while waiting for the food to come, it was more obvious that the workers were miserable and not like cleaning something. a girl? without sweeping energy, only rolling their eyes to clean. that food came out and my suppe was cold. the sandwich I ordered was also cold with black avocado. to date the dinge of the pizza, my son came with the pfeffers scatter in vs on the cheese. since when is a jump in the pizza? that must be the worst panera I've ever been. why should I spend my money on a dirty place that does not strain, keep clean or make eating desirable. they're going to panera because they're never gonna tell them what we've been experiencing today.
Stop for a quick lunch during work. Tried the flatbread with a soup and salad and can argue?t with how consistent they are here. It can wait for all online orders, but seats were feasible.
I went to panera yesterday after 10 years and loved the food and servie. Today was the opposite. I ordered a sandwich and wanted the multigrain bread. The cashier didn 't know I guess that they were currently out of that bread. So the workers who were making the sandwich told me I have to choose another bread. All of the choices would be white bread which I cannot eat. So she said I can asked for a refund if I like by the cashier. I went to the front, there was a line of people waiting to order and no cashier was there. I came back to the back and told the worker to make the sandwich with any bread. So she proceed to do so. My problem is with the cashier, she came to back and said to me you wanted a refund I said yes but not anymore. She was like if you wanted a refund you cannot get it here, you need to come to the front in an annoyed tone and body language. I said I understand that. I came to the front no one was there and there was a long line. So I just decided to take the sandwich with whatever bread is available. I just give my husband the sandwich. The bread was too heavy and he didn 't like it.
