Nice eating, very friendly staff and the rooms are really cozy. if you want to experience whitby, but on the quieter area, this is a perfect little place to create basic. my room even had a look at the abtei (if the afterbar tree moves in the brise

Had a fantastic stay, first the greeting was friendly and the interieur was so warm and cozy. the room looked recently decorated and had a really nice bathroom with bath that was heated. we went down to eat and the dinning room was with people who came to eat. we could not eat all, like the portions, where great, again personal, where really friendly. behave so comfortable and a peaceful night. breakfast was included and we had a complete English breakfast, which was nice, yorkshire tee! . I would definitely recommend to stay, was very close to whitby, which one has to visit.

Just had a lovely meal , good selection on the menu Gluten free options also available which was great with me. Lovely décor inside staff very helpful and friendly. We like to support local businesses when in the area. We will definitely be back

Lovely modern interiors. We stayed in room 6 on top floor. Beautiful views overlooking Whitby Abbey. Full English breakfast was very filling. Lovely stay. Thankyou xx

Went for our tea tonight whilst we are on holiday, booked in on the morning, turned up and got to choose where to sit, very friendly staff and good range of drinks. We ordered the food and it came nice and quickly, the food looked brilliant, and tasted even better! Everything was absolutely spot on, will definitely be going there again when we are in the area, brilliant place to eat :
