The Garden At The Wildflower - Whistler

The staff was extremely knowledgeable. When I told them I couldn’t eat gluten they immediately asked me if it was, “celiac.” Items were marked on the menu and the food was delicious. They brought me GF bread with separate butter with lava salt. They were aware about cross contamination.

We enjoyed an amazing dinner at Wildflower. The Fairmont does an amazing job training their kitchens on how to prepare food safely for those with Celiac. I don't believe things were labeled GF on the menu, but when we sat down and asked, our waiter let us know that nearly everything on the menu could be prepared GF. They even brought GF bread out for our two guests who have Celiac and a separate container of butter for them. The GF sundae was incredible for dessert. It is a fancier restaurant.... and so delicious!

This is the restaurant inside the Fairmont in Whistler. It was excellent. The server was clearly super knowledgeable about celiac disease and told me that all but one item on the menu could be made gluten-free. They also had gluten-free bread that came before our appetizers, and it was really good. We didn’t eat dessert, but the server mentioned that there were several gluten-free options.

I don't think things were marked on the menu with GF, but when we sit and ask ourselves, our waiter let us know that almost everything will be prepared on the menu GF.
