Drunken Crayfish - Whangaparaoa

The fish and chips at this place in Gulf Harbour are reasonably priced and the best in the area. However, they may need to change the oil more frequently as the food can sometimes taste a bit stale.

The food at this restaurant is quite tasty, especially their crumbed snapper. The prices are reasonable and the food always tastes fresh. Whenever I don't have food at home or I don't feel like cooking, this place is always my first choice.

Great, Great Fish Chips, thanks guys, i was in on friday, was very very busy but wait time not to bad (20min), best i have had in a long time, nice friendly staff, good to see, i will be back for more.

Hi All,<br/ <br/ UK Fish Chips been there done that......yuck.<br/ <br/ Visited the Drunken Crayfish tonight for a feed and the food and service was very good. The blue cod I ordered was delicious and feedback from my other half about her hamburger was also very good. I have been there about 10 times now and it has always been a cut above your average fish and chips shop and a lot better than any UK fish and chips shop that I've been to and I've been to a few.
