Baskin-robbins - Westland

I got the Caramel Cappuccino w/ whip cream and a kid size portion or the Mint Chocolate Chip and omg it was soooooooooooooo good. I’m a stickler for customer service and the folks working in there were nice and friendly and the place was clean!

I always enjoy ice cream and THIS Baskin Robbins did not let me down. I enjoyed my Strawberry Cheesecake while there and had no trouble finding a place to park. I suffered a small amount of 'sticker shock ' paying almost $7.00 for a two scoop waffle cone but, with gas prices being over $4.00 a gallon, I kinda get it. You can purchase a whole quart of your favorite flavor in the back of the store freezer which is to the right of the drinking fountain . Masks are optional at this time and lots of seating in relation to the size of the store. Rick Zorn

This place is always a pleasure to visit. While it's out of the way for us, the service and quality always make it worth the extra drive. Most other BR's on our side of town are poorly run and never have what I want. A case in point, I went to another BR in Canton and they couldn't make a banana split... How can an ice cream place not make a banana split??? Anyway, this place is fantastic!

Baskin ribbons always seem to never disappoint, however there is something about an establishment that keeps the main door open winter or summer….#notagoodlook #shutthedoor #flieswillbeeverywhere

The staff is always nice and the place is always clean. They have great cakes.
