Sushi 1 - Westhampton Beach

Always on point. Fish is absolutely amazing and this family has been serving sushi here, I believe since the late 70’s. In terms of sushi, it’s the best in the Hamptons and if they were in the city, they’d be a top 10 spot. They also have great beer on tap.

It is simply amazing, not only the service and attention to the customer is instant and great, but everyone working in the restaurant keeps a great pride on his business and culture, and to complete it, the amount of options on the menu, and the taste of the food is amazingly pleasant.

Love everything about Sushi 1! The food is always excellent. I especially like that they usually have fish like Toro, Spanish Mackerel, Uni (sea urchin), etc. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The chefs are friendly and funny. What a gem! Our go-to sushi place if we're heading east.

It looks vacant and not open for business but I can assure you it actually is. There is a strict reservation schedule that this restaurant adheres to for social distance and limited indoor dining just so you know. The sushi was good, this place is a little hidden gem. They are big on ordering to pick up, they were very busy with the phones when I was there.

Best Sushi by far in the entire area. Very fresh seafood and absolutely delicious! Authentic Japanese sushi made by the nicest japanese couple. I will definitely order again!
