Before placing my sandwich in the bag, he did not inquire if I needed anything else and proceeded to speak badly about me. The Indian woman was also impolite, rushing me to place my order. I do not recommend going there; hopefully, they hire new employees. It was the worst dining experience ever!
I had a bad experience at this subway restaurant due to the terrible attitude of the Chinese staff member towards customers. It was my first and last visit there as I was also overcharged. I would not recommend this place and suggest taking your business elsewhere.
I inquired about ordering a foot-long BMT sandwich with only one half consisting of turkey for my son. They informed me that it was too complicated and insisted that I pay for two separate half-foot sandwiches. This seemed illogical to me as the turkey portion cost less than the BMT portion. Both the employee and the manager were impolite. I left without purchasing anything and have no intentions of returning. I am not happy about the overcharging.
Metro is an excellent option for a quick and healthy meal for lunch or dinner. The staff is friendly and always smiling. The facilities are very clean, although some locations have more seating than others. The only downside is that there are no customer restrooms available. However, the food options are diverse and cater to all preferences, including vegan sandwiches. Overall, Metro offers a great culinary experience for take-out or dining in.
I visit this Subway about 4 times a week. The staff always greets me with a smile and now knows my name. They make my sandwiches just the way I like them. The place is always clean and I always leave with a smile. I recommend choosing this Subway over others if you want a great experience.
