Dot's Bbq - West Point

The best Bbq I had! You know how all BBQ joints have the same generic grill taste, same spices, the same mokiness? Well, this place is different because it tastes good yes of course, but, it is not too overgrown it is not trying to be something, it is not just good reasonable BBQ with good quality meat and homemade cola, potato salad, and baked beans etc.. Obviously you can add more salt/peffer etc., but not required. it is great because it is not overwhelming in any way shape or shape. So when it comes to your dish, you have the opportunity to add salt, pepper, BBQ sauce, etc., if u wish, but u probably not because it is just true BBQ shape. It really needs nothing. It is good because it is properly cooked, not because it was seasoned to taste it well. By the way, in my opinion, the barbecue sauce was top three I ever tasted in my whole life. And they do not put it on the flesh they put on the side and allow you to add it. Best BBQ I had!

Delicious BBQ! Homemade sauce. Homemade macaroni! We have the ribbed plate and the pulled pork plate and they were great! The food arrived in a few minutes after the order. That's how Mississippi BBQ wants to taste!

It was great. I had today stopped letting some of my sisters taste good rib tips. Now they're going west. I'm sorry they stopped Wednesday. Reconsider?

Everyone was friendly and the hamburger was the bomb. This was not my first visit I bought carry out when you all were in front of the post office. Hospitality and good food speak for itself. #awesome food

I had the pulled pork nachos. They were an interesting, something like Deep South Mexican Fusion. Lol. Serving size was plentiful. Although the dish could have been served hotter.
