We have not gone to this restaurant since before the pandemic, as the only thing that I ever get from here, General Tso 's Chicken, was tough and chewy and the rice was rather bland. We returned recently and I 'm sorry to say that it has gotten much worse. I 'm not sure how the other food might be, but as this is a staple and probably a top seller for a Chinese restaurant, I dont have high hopes for the other menu items. The problem is, that this last time I was sold a General Tso 's meal that was nothing more than chicken skin that was battered and stir fried. I 'm not joking when I say that I had a piece the size of 1/4 of my plate that contained less than 1/2 TSP of chicken meat. Try as I may, I methodically went through every piece of 'chicken ' to find meat and throughout the entire meal I might have found a tablespoon of meat. Im attaching a photo of the piece that I mentioned above. This is a family run business, and I hate to leave a bad review, but at the same time customer families are relying on them to provide a product/service for an agreed upon price. I can 't imagine that this was not intentional, no one could possibly make this mistake for an entire meal. If they can 't afford to provide actual food in a meal, then raise the prices. Also worth mentioning the sauce tasted watered down compared to other restaurants that I 've gone to. VERY few pieces of broccoli as well. I hope they starting reading and take to heart the reviews people are leaving, because I can 't imagine if they continue to trend like this that they will be able to operate for much longer.
