Domino's Pizza - West Lebanon

I used to love getting dominos at this location since it's in a convenient location but not anymore. I use the mobile ordering with carside delivery but everytime I use it they don't bring the pizza out. This last time we arrived when the pizza was ready,checked in online and put our hazards on. We waited 15 minutes and they never brought it out. The whole time we saw that theemployees in the store were on their phones. We also saw our order just left on the table the whole time. When I actually wentin to grab my order I was ignored for about 5 minutes by both employees. I was only served when another woman came in and afterthat woman was given her order, then i was finally asked what I wanted. I hate giving bad reviews, I never do but this time theservice was so terrible and it makes me so sad that I can't come here anymore to get pizza

They forgot to make one of our pizzas so we had to wait for it so when we got home we had 1 warm and 1 cold pizza.

Always what I order. If you expect miracles from fast food establishments then stop ordering and cook your own food . This store is no different, they work hard, always courteous delivery , every time. Be nice to them , they're employees not mindreaders. Update : With NFL Aand college classes in session these folks are being hammered with orders and still getting itdone. 100

Service can be hit or miss, I went in and picked up a carry out order the other night. The kid working the counter? was sitting on a prep table with his girlfriend in back making out lol. After maybe 3-4 minutes he realized a customer standing at thecounter and came over to check me out. Everyone else looked like they actually had a work ethic and were busy. Tbh it?s somepretty skeezy behavior to be doing in the open like that and I probably won?t be ordering from this location again.

If I was able to give less than one star I would, about six of my orders have been thrown together like nobody cares, when I get my food the pizza is literally sitting with no toppings on it due to the box obviously being turned sideways, this last timewith my order has taken an hour plus to get to me, and all I got from management was a huh weird, and then a dial tone, I won'tbe ordering from dominos again, I'll bring my business elsewhere for now on.
