Little Caesars Pizza - West Des Moines

Been here several times, and either they're making the food wrong, or the service has been extremely poor. Examples...cheese bread with pizza sauce??? Please see captions for each pic.

Food was fine. Ordered through Doordarshan and 2 litter soda was missing. Dasher said the person at the counter told him there was no drink on order. Tried to call but they don 't answer the phone in the last 10 minutes they are open, according to manager the next day. As I was walking out he said All that for a drink? . REALLY?! I had been on a plane all day and didn 't feel like cooking or going out for dinner and didn 't have anything besides water to drink at home. If you are open you answer the phone and tell people no more orders. . You don 't just not answer it. If you want to make a comment about a customer, at least wait until they are gone before you do it. Awful customer service by the night person and the Manager the next day!

Mario is the best! Always see him working hard when we go in (and we go in a lot). Does a great job at satisfying customers!

Dirty, smelly store with unfriendly staff. Almost canceled my order, and when I opened the box, I wish I had. I?m a fan of Little Caesar?s, but I?ll never go to this location again. Stay away!!
