Bidrage med feedbackThis is the second time in a span of 7 days that I’ve went through the drive thru and waited 10 minutes to pay for my food while I watch a big girl at the window do everything but acknowledge I was there , another 7 min to get the food . Not friendly whatsoever, handed me two UNsweet teas , no straws . Handed me my food bags balled up in her hand . I get fast food may be a little frustrating at times but find a new job if u don’t understand the concept of customer service . The job is what u make it .
They take 1 order every 5 minutes. It is infuriating. The SLOWEST McDonald's that's ever existed.
Cashier was rude an didn't even acknowledge me for at least 10 minutes.
I was in the blue pickup truck who had to come back around the drive through to get his son's order fixed, around 530pm.The longer haired woman with a ponytail who took my order was really sweet and courteous.The short haired woman who shoved the order in my face was not. When I came back through because my son's order was wrong, the cashier was extremely sweet and apologetic.The short haired woman behind her looked like my existence was an inconvenience on her life.I worked at Wendy's when I was in high school. Acting like you're too good for your job does not make you cute. Nobody is too good to flip burgers, and the vast majority of people would flip burgers if that's what it took to feed their kids.Quit acting like you're too good to work at Wendy's, because you're not. People who work hard in fast food would work hard anywhere. People who are lazy/entitled/mean in fast food would be lazy/entitled/mean anywhere.To the woman who took the order, keep being you, because you're going to do great.
On 11/10/23 at 1:55 am I placed a mobile door dash pick up from this location. Worse experience ever. 0/10 would not recommend especially overnight. I get there and the cashier was not helpful. I’m telling her I placed a mobile order she’s like I don’t see it sometimes it takes awhile to come through and I’m telling it said my order is ready. After going back and forth with her I’m guessing the manager on duty names Will was working on the back as if he didn’t hear any of the convo. I explained my situation to him and he basically gives me his butt to kiss. Very unhelpful and dismissive like I wasn’t the customer. All of this just for my order to be sitting on a shelf cold as hell FOR MOBILE ORDERS. If it had a receipt on the bag everything would’ve been fine. I was patient because I knew they had quite a few orders but the way they treated me I’d never spend another penny there. Get out of customer service if servicing the customer is too much for you.
