Bojangles - West Columbia

Is it too much to ask to get chicken that doesn't taste like it's 3 days old??? We quit getting food here because it's always terrible but since it had been a while we gave it another chance last night.....hubby picked up an 8 piece family meal around 6:15pm and the chicken looked and tasted like it had been sitting in the heat well since at least noon. The skin was so hard you couldn't bite it and the chicken was dryer than any chicken I have ever had in my life. I just don't understand how any restaurant would actually serve something like that to a customer. We basically paid over $27 for two sides, biscuits (which my husband said weren't fresh either but better than the chicken) and a half gallon of lemonade. Don't waste your money here if you are wanting fried chicken.................. Totally done with this Bo's this time!

The restaurants in our city closed some years ago so when we saw this one while visiting Columbia, SC for a graduation we had to stop. I was disappointed, the wings were hard and dry as if they had been cooked hours before. The dirty rice tasted ok but was cold. My travel companions said the tenders were ok. I gave them three stars for the Cajun pinto beans and the sweet potato pies, which were surprisingly good.

8/27/22 Zero stars truthfully. Atleast today, to be fair other times weren't bad just standard for any fast food spot. They made an elderly woman wait 1hour and 5 minutes(she timed it) for a order of just 2 country fried ham biscuits and 2 sausage biscuits, bo berry biscuits. Bo berry biscuits were hard not worth the wait at all. The food overall was not cooked well today.

Food was horrible, I do not suggest getting food from this store

I have a bojangles gift card with 3.20 left on it and a 5 dollar bill. The employee said she checked my gift card and there nothing on it. Which I called and of course there is still 3.20 on my gift card. I had to use my credit card to buy the food. Why is it so difficult for them to run a bojangles gift card?? Also why lie to me and say you checked my card? If you?ll lie to me about my gift card balance I?m sure you?ll do worst to the food.
