Kfc - West Chester

They simply don't get their money worth at kentucky roast chicken more three pieces huh and compare them with other facilities they will be as much as an evening meal for four it is really lost swagger

The food and service was lousy! The manager had no personality whatsoever! I ordered the wings. The first set was soggy and I asked for a fresh batch. They said it would be 10 minutes and I said fine. The second batch they only left the wings in for about 7 minutes and the first bright I took of those blood came off of the wing! The manager was not apologetic and I think the server I just come from taking her nap in the playpen, in the back! Do not eat here. I will not come back.

Always out of chicken. Never been able to get a full 8 piece meal. Always only have tenders or thighs or something. Sides are good but terrible service and are out of chicken always. EDIT: Please note this is not a stock or supply issue. This is employees not wanting to cook more chicken 2 hours before close.

It was gross the food was dry and tough, my tenders were flat and were not edible. My mashed potatoes tasted soured and my corn was dry, the biscut was dry and crumbling. My daughters bowl tasted bad and everything was dry. We didn't get any straws or butter. Her fruit punch tasted like watered down kool-aid. The only thing ok was my sprite. The staff was rude as hell as well. I used to love kfc, I will never eat at kfc again.

This place is about ridiculous. One time out of the past four it was actually a pleasant experience. The other three, WOW!!!1 of 3 Order 8 pc dinner for us FOUR. Got home and there's 7 pcs. Called and the manager was a smart and told me to come by another day and pick up my one piece of chicken. Well, as you can guess, that didnt go over well with me. I was so angry that I didnt eat2 of 3 Placed order on APP. Went to pick order up and they informed me they were closed. I said, but I had a internet order for 7pm and its not even 7pm yet. The person on the speaker said Doesn't matter, we are closed Really. Called customer service in order to get a refund for the food I paid for but didnt get. I got the refund and thats it. Was expecting something, I mean really3 of 3 Tonight I ordered 8pc Original Recipe meal online. My wife got there to pick it up and they said all they have is crispy. Of course I didnt know this at the time, until she got back from picking it up. I really dont care for crispy and was totally in the mood for Original Recipe Chicken.I'm done. This company apparently hires anybody thats breathing and has totally inadequate customer service. This day and time, many places could care less if you come back or not. Well, KFC just got there wish granted EF them!!!
