Shake Shack Mall Of America

This was our first time at Shake Shack and we will definitely be back. It's on the same level as In-N-Out or Culver's and we thought it definitely hit the spot. The Shack burger was a classic cheeseburger that anyone would love, seasoned very well and greasy in a good way. The Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich was very good too. The sauce it was drenched in was very savory and sweet with a bright, refreshing coleslaw on top.

Tables were sticky and their burgers are smaller than a McDonald hamburger. Super overpriced for mid food. They have really good pickles though

Expensive and tiny portions. I got the chicken sandwich and it looked nothing like the picture.

30 minute wait for burger and fries with no communication. Wasted my lunch break here. To make matters worse, the food was overcooked and not good. Whoever’s on the lunch crew aint it.
