Jimmy B's Trail's End - West Allis

Absolutely love this little hole in the wall pub. The bartenders are always very nice and cook up some very cheap food for you at your request. I will definitely back to this gold mine!Food: 5/5

I really do love this bar, the food and drinks are great. I went on Friday and had Shannon as my bartender and she was the sweetest! Excellent service hands down. I went on Saturday thinking we would have the same experience but we had a different bartender. The WORST experience I’ve had at any bar. She was extremely rude the moment we walked in the door. So this time we decided to play pool so we didn’t have to sit at the bar. We ordered a pitcher of beer, a corona, a mix drink and food. She first stated she didn’t want to make food but we could have garlic bread. Which wasn’t a big deal. So we were playing pool, about to be on our third game, having a blast and she told my mom that we needed to leave if we weren’t going to buy more drinks. We could all tell she didn’t want us there the moment she came in. I really do love this bar but that bartender needs to be replaced, seriously. I believe her name is kimmy. I won’t say this is a bad bar, because when Shannon was bartending it was a great time. I’m not sure what we did for kimmy to treat us that way but it was unacceptable.

Im 40 and have been in this establishment since I was a kid. Kevin is always great, but this woman he has working the bar is a reason to go elsewhere. Upon asking for the wifi password, she insisted that she could not give it to me. It is for paying customers only. I looked back at my boyfriend and daughter, who were reviewing the menu, and told her we ARE ordering, we are deciding what we want. She said no again, because we hadn't ordered. My boyfriend had to go up and put his card behind the bar for me to use the wifi, that i needed to move money to the right account to pay our bill. Just stupid. And rude. I felt very unwelcome.

This was a nostalgic stop for my dad and I. This is a place he came when he was much younger. It is a typical Wisconsin bar. An extremely small menu of burgers and sandwiches, hotdogs and pizza. We both had a burger. It was pretty good. The best thing about this experience was the amazing service and the fact that dad and I both had burgers and a beer for $11. This is an anomaly in these times of inflation. If you are new to Wisconsin and want an authentic small bar experience then I highly recommend Jimmy B's
