So fresh and so good, even though I said no cheese on the sub everything else was correct

They usually have good sandwiches, and I dont normally complain like this. But tonight we received the worst Phillys Ive ever had. The Chipotle Cheese Steak was supposed to have extra steak and cheese but it had less than the normal amount. There were no opinions or peppers. It was also totally soaked with Chipotle sauce. The Chicken Philly was dry, had very little cheese, and no onions or peppers from what I could see. This makes me never want to order from Jersey Mikes again.

Got 2 halfs of steak and cheese giants not 2 whole chicken portobello cheese steaks. missing half my order is terrible wont recommend door dashing jersey Mikes to anyone

Although the sandwich was fresh, it lacked filling and flavor. Mostly shredded lettuce and very little of the other vegetables requested.

I went there at a very slow evening, which meant me and my friend. I have the chicken cheese steak. it was terrible. the chicken was not cooked well. it soaked the bread with the uncooked chicken juice. uncooked wing can be fatal. jordan insisted that it had red and green paprika, I didn't tell him. I could see it on the grill. then I asked if it could be added. He came over and lied to us and said it was already on the grill, I'm not blind. the paprika were close to him and the guy who worked in the night the grill, but they were too lazy to reach and supplement them. when I came home, only green paprika. I called back and he was rude and rude. I asked him to refund the money to my friends card. I've never had a jersey-me experience like this one. I told him I was a private cook and I know uncooked wings, and it's dangerous to serve. as you can see on the photos that were attached that it was not even crushed in balls, as the chicken cheese steak should have been and not the double cheese we paid. this manager and the personal must be trained. jersey mikes is in the rule the best in the business, with taking this.
