Subway - Wentzville

Came to get a late dinner at 8:34pm tonight 7/25 but your associates closed the store already with open sign off and lights to sit in their phones in the store… I get if you have staffing issues but multiple associates closing the store early to play on their phones for 30 minutes? Not cool… if you’re going to advertise to be open then be open!

Came in on a Thursday evening and this place was incredibly busy. Numerous people in line, multiple online orders, but yet the 2 young men behind the counter absolutely killed it! Kept their cool and just busted their hump to keep it moving! Big shout out to Matthew and Chad for holding it down! Well done gents!

Came in tonight to order a couple of sandwiches for my wife and I. The 2 young gentleman behind the counter were very friendly and professional. Good customer service as well, so I tipped them and wanted to leave a review. I'll be back in the future.

We took our daughter to subway at about 7:15pm on August 8th 2018. As my daughter's sandwich was sitting on the counter before getting the veggies added, a fly landed on her sandwich and kept crawling around. My 7 year old daughter was grossed out and didnt want it. I asked the girl behind the counter to please make a new sandwich and mentioned that there was a fly on it. The girl behind the counter didnt respond at all. She instead starts peeling the meat and cheese off the bread and placed it BACK INTO THE CONTAINERS. So we promptly left. Anyone who got Turkey or American cheese after that time could have gotten the Turkey and cheese that had a fly crawling all over it. Good luck. We will never return.

We went in one hour before close and the kid working clearly did not want to feed us!
