Dukes Bbq Shack - Wentzville

Been here a few times, and it’s great. The meat is great, I had the brisket and sausage. Both were delicious. I had the fries and Mac and cheese for sides. They were great. I had their original and spicy sauces, and both were good. The building is new and cool. The music was great (good old country). My only minor gripes are the meat portions could be bigger and the spicy sauce could be hotter. 5 stars regardless.

The food is always good, considering we don’t come very often, they haven’t missed! Everyone is friendly and helpful when it’s time to choose from an extensive menu (So many yummy things)! The dining area is bright and open with bench and chair seating, there’s even outdoor seating. It wasn’t until today i noticed the hand wash sink! How convenient (for a mommy)

For LESS THAN $20, brisket, pulled chicken, BBQ beans, Mac cheese plus a fountain drink! The real test of a good BBQ house is that the pulled chicken wasn 't dried out, of which this was not! Beans, tasty with pieces of beef throughout. Mac and cheese was very good, plenty of gooey cheese. The brisket was spot on. A little bite to it but oh so tender and juicy! UPDATE 4-7-23. Ya have to get here early as they sell out, and for good reason too, it 's that good! Today, I had pick 2, ribs and chicken with mac 'n cheese and potato salad. Everything was spot on. Ribs had great tasty bark and the meat tender and moist. Chicken was very good as was the sides. One of my better BBQ establishments!

Dukes catered our wedding this weekend and I have nothing but great things to say! Peter was easy to work with from the very beginning, arrived at the time agreed upon and the food was absolutely delicious! If you have an event coming up, you can’t go wrong with peter and his team at Dukes!

I searched for bbq for good hour or two. I couldn't find anything worth catching my eye. I stopped at gas station in someone referred this place. Must I say that person deserves a medal. This place is fire and fast service. Brisket is spot on I got platter ate it. Went got another for the road. Mac cheese is legit creamy and good flavor. BBQ sauces are also good the spicy one is best. Good customer service and great spot best bbq place I had on vacation 5 stars.
