What a good idea these days. mouth-watering: excellent entry: excellent too and it is not a simple mozzarella tomato. Good idea of integrating different tomatoes. flat : good but no more. cheese: good tasting. only flat: they were at room temperature, i.e. too hot given the known temperatures. dessert: beautiful and delicious. I who am more chocolate dessert and well I was marvelled not only by the beauty of the plate but also by tastes. the servers got well caught and apologized for an error committed during the aperitives. the commercial gesture was appreciated.
