Mark's Pizza And Subs - Wellesley

Location very dirty and unorganized. Staff there are very rude and ignorant. They refuse to fix their mistakes and overall its just not good customer service.

Falafel wrap was excellent! Fast service, too! The only word thing was weird was when ordering online, there was no email confirmation or receipt, so I was a little worried after placing my order but it all worked out. Highly recommend!

This is just awesome. The super beef sandwich is like a roast beef cake. The BBQ sauce is spicy. The steak fries are excellent. I am a big guy and I had to take half the food home. Exactly what I hoped for!!!

Really like this place but last 2 times I ordered online my food came extremely late, cold, and over cooked. I’m not happy. When I call to ask where is my food. They said it’s on the way and sorry, and arrived cold.

The food was good enough, but I ordered delivery to Newton-Wellesley Hospital twice, and both times it was delivered to the opposite entrance than I asked them to deliver it to. The driver would not bring it to the entrance that I said I was at, and when I told him that I would meet him at the entrance he was, he drove to the emergency room and dropped it off there, and had them call me (even further away) to let me know that's where it was. Absolutely unacceptable service, and would not recommend ordering delivery to Newton-Wellesley unless you need to get your exercise for the day in.
