Chili's Grill

Talk about a depressing atmosphere. We watched 3 groups walk out because there wasn't a hostess to seat them the little millennial behind the bar made no attempt to assist. Really sucked!

Went for lunch with a friend and her 2 children and had a great meal. We did this 3 course deal they had and 2 kids meals and the food was delicious. They had kids menus with crayons to keep them busy as well. Our server was very helpful and on point.

I visited this location for the first time, and it was quite peaceful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed their smokehouse combos, especially the street corn, which had a great balance of sweetness, creaminess, and a hint of spice. The brisket quesadilla also had a nice spicy kick. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

The service was disappointing. The waitress brought out cold condiments for my meal before the hot part of the dish was ready, leaving them to sit and warm up. When I requested additional items, I noticed her chatting with the table next to us instead of fulfilling our request. Overall, the quality of the chili and the service have declined. It's unfortunate, as this used to be a great place to eat.

The spinach dip was delicious! The salmon dish was perfectly moist and cooked just the way I like it! Cameron delivered outstanding customer service from beginning to end. I also appreciated the manager coming out to check on my satisfaction with the meal!
