Kfc - Weaverville

The drive-thru ran, which seemed very slow when I got into the window, I said it was an extra 15 minutes before my food was ready. Luida went beyond and beyond to make my inconvenience and dinner what I expected and more. She was friendly, apologetic and offered me a tight replacement that was more than satisfactory to me. The customer service and the human goodness that Luida exhibited tonight are rare and it was much more than I expected. And she did all this with a smile. The Colonel would have been satisfied!!!

This kfc was my first job when I was 18 and I worked there for a month before I quit for a Diff job. The renovation inside makes it better for employees and customers imo, the buffet is much easier to do for so that the food is fresher. Never had a bad expedition here.

I tried to eat here 3 times last month, the first time they were temporarily closed, the second they did not open until 3:00, and this time their computers were down. I understand that things happen, but at this point it is a waste of time to order even here. I hope they'll be more reliable.

People were nice, but the offers were over cooked and very small

Chicken sandwich was dry and chewy. Maybe was a fluke, but I expect better from a chicken restaurant. Even Burger King does a better job in my experience.
