Bidrage med feedbackThis place is a true gem in Parker County. The brewery and its food has evolved over the years, all for the good. Their beer has continued to get better. I think they shine with their stouts. Their IPAs aren't bad, and I'm glad to see them continuing towork on them. I believe they'll get there on the IPA game soon enough. More importantly than anything else is their foodquality. Their pizzas are absolutely amazing. All my foodie buddies I take there agree. Highly recommend checking themout! Pizzas run around $12-$15 I believe. So with beer you're in the $20-$25 mark per person.
First timers at PCB. We went simple and were very happy. Their House Salad is done with fresh mixed micro greens, olives, cherry tomatoes and grated cheese served with your choice of dressing. And we had the Chicago Style Pizza for two which was pretty goodfor this far south of Chicago. Rounded out the meal with a Blonde Ale that had a nice smooth flavor. Great place for beer andwine and simple eats with friends. They have a nice patio area too
The food is amazing! I love the soft pretzel appetizer with beer cheese! I also highly recommend the pizzas. But I haven't found a beer that I love. Both times I've visited, they did not have a wheat beer to try. Today, I got a flight of beers andtried several and nothing was extraordinary. I do prefer wheat beers typically so I was sad to have no good options. And Ireally did want the brewery experience and not to drink something they sold that they didn't brew. Part of the issue was theserver. She didn't know what was on tap and several beers on the menu were not available. I saw a Peach Blonde sign hangingbehind the bar after I already ordered my flight. That probably would have been a good recommendation for me. And it seemedlike our server forgot about us on more than one occasion. It took us over an hour to get our pizza, and we literally only sawour server when she brought us our drinks and food. If you like IPAs and amber beers, you'd love the choices available to try.
Pizza was great! The cheese dips and stuffed mushrooms were yummy. Try the pear cider!!
Well crafted beers with distinctive and accurate flavor profiles. The Galactic Cowboy IPA reminded me very much of beers from Celestial in Dallas. I?m not claiming imitation; this is high praise indeed. I was very impressed and will be back.
