Pavillion - Wealden

We dined at this restaurant while staying at the hotel and were very disappointed. The food was expensive but not high quality, and our meals were not served hot. The atmosphere was lacking and felt very functional, as the restaurant is also used for breakfast. However, the service was excellent.

The service was excellent, attentive, and quick. There were decent options for three-course dinners, but we opted not to order from the à la carte menu. The breakfast was good, offering the usual items along with fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, and more.

The food at this restaurant is amazing and incredibly delicious. Some of the desserts were not as consistent in quality, but overall the dining experience was worth the price. Unfortunately, they were out of several items during our visit, which was a bit disappointing. The service, however, was excellent.

Said that money is deducted in advance, as they do not desert? they lose.

We went for the all inclusive golf and dinner option. Dinner was the worst resort dinner i have ever experienced. Three mains to choose from braised beef and mash, pasta and a mushroom sauce and the smallest piece of fish with over cooked vegetables ..we gave it back. Dessert had ice cream which was made from powder we gave it back. The contents of the meals could not have cost more than £2.5 We asked to se the restaurant manager who was apparently busy but would come soon to see us , we finally left when he did not show up and though we left our room number for him to contact us we were never contacted. We managed to negotiate to skip dinner the second day in exchange for a burger and a sandwich. Hardly a great deal for us , but i would never try dinner there again. Overall a really poor place to go......
