Toppers Pizza - Waukesha

My fiance ordered dinner for us and I saw the delivery fee which is why we didn't leave a tip. I tip handsomely anytime I go out in person for food/drinks, and have been a server myself at a bar/grill, so I understand how it all works and the hard work it entails. But this was a simple pizza/wing delivery order which was already on the bill, and this note on the receipt was absolutely uncalled for in my opinion. I called and was transferred to someone at this location who apologized and agreed with me, and said we would get a complete refund. I hope so, and we'll see.

Don’t waste your time ordering from this location. Ordered almost 3 hours ago and no delivery and have been on phone trying to cancel order. First time I was sent to manager line and after 20 min was disconnected without resolving the issue. Called back and asked to be at the top of the manager list and been 20 minutes and was disconnected again. I called back again and asked them to physically hand the phone to the manager and they said they are not physically at the store. Its been over an hour of being on phone trying to cancel the order and still not resolved. I cannot believe how bad this is. RUN AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND DONT LOOK BACK!!!!!

Sean and Dade were the best! They had amazing customer service and made this place feel like home!

The chicken pizza was delicious and well prepared. However the boneless wings ended up being soggy and not very good but I don’t think it was the staff’s fault. Overall I was satisfied.
