Kfc - Waukesha

I thought we'd try this place again. Again FAIL. No chicken... it's KFC. It took 20 minutes. FAIL. This place has been badly managed for years. You were warned!

We just left the drive after we tried to order two family dinners without luck, to get them. They told us it was 50 minutes to get crispy chickens if we wanted to wait, because they had only 2 people. They had no one in the car or in the lobby. We decided not to wait 50 minutes for chicken and went elsewhere.

Holy rude! Can?t even believe how the girl in the drive thru has no customer service skills. Shocking that our order was wrong!!! does not know how to stay in business!

Your rating here: This place is pretty rough. The first thing you smell when you enter is the stinging aroma of old fats and lobes that were not washed. Not only that, but the chicken is soggy, excessively fat, and it lacks taste. It's pretty hard to scare frits, but they were pretty bad, they were mischievous and felt granular in your mouth. The potatoes are clear from boxes and leave residues on the tongue. I've got the 4 meter combo for $7.29 tax, which is not too bad for a meal, but it was so bad I wouldn't even pay $1 for it. If that wasn't enough, customer service was terrible. Although I was the only person in the restaurant, they took about 20 minutes to make my food. Not only that, but they made my order wrong and rolled their eyes when I asked them to fix it. I think if you're unhappy with your job, you better not go. Overall, this memory is terrible.

I'm currently staying in Brookfield and this is the closest KFC to me. I must say the quality of food and the staff for the best I've ever had at a KFC ever. I really recommend no matter where you're at driving to this location just for the quality of service and food.
