Bidrage med feedbackA good restaurant at the end of a small shopping area with many parking spaces available nearby. Friendly hosts sat immediately and server quickly came with menus and drink orders. Our starter application was Budda Boomers, who were rectangular cuts... of pizza dough, deep fried and metered in garlic and covered with sprinkled parmesan cheese. Large portion and excellent tasting. One of our entrees was Rigatoni Peppercorn Alfredo, which consisted of noodles with mushrooms, spinach and peppercorns in an Alfredo sauce. The combination of the ingredients was good, but the taste of the sauce missed the brand. Our other duck was tomatoes and goat cheese spaghettini, consisting of noodles, olive oil, tomatoes and goat cheese. The combination of ingredients here were good, but the main reason for ordering this dish was our love of goat cheese. Sadly it was serious with our serving. Deity because the court still tasted good, but without the missing goat cheese there is an empty taste. Server was very friendly.
I took my two little children (11 and 8) and her 11-year-old friend for dinner tonight. We were very excited about dinner East Side 's is their favorite place. We ordered our meals at 5:35. McKenna, our server was great... first. Around 6:05 she came by and apologised that the meals took so long and asked if I wanted them to check how much longer it would be. I said yes, please check. She came back and said it'll be another 15 minutes. I said 40 minutes for dinner? It's a long wait. She said it's busy, it's Saturday night. I said we'd be here shortly after 5:30. The restaurant wasn't even full. She said there's nothing I can do. We had no crazy order 3 children meals (pizza, butter pasta and chicken finger) and my meal bowtie pasta with rose sauce. My daughter had also ordered a Caesar salad with her meal, over which I forgot until the meals finally came. Why didn't you bring the salad when you brought mine? She said it's a SIDE salad, it comes with the meal (I was a server, you always ask when you have the salad, page or not it was not part of the kids meal, it was a separate buyer, it was a $ 3.99 UPCHARGE so she should have asked if she should have brought it to the beginning). Anyway, she taught me HER EYES. I said you don't have to roll your eyes and she left. Then I asked the server that brought our meals for a manager. I told the manager that I understand it is busy, I understand it Saturday, but there is absolutely no excuse for a server that rolls her eyes on me. McKenna continued to tell the table behind us, it will wait a long time, just want to 're okay with it (they never said to us at the beginning) and the table next to us, why not I bring out your salads as it will wait a long time... I guess she learned what they're doing with us. I told the manager I don't need to compile anything, you just need to know that this behavior isn't okay. She agreed, and I asked for another server to serve us because I honestly didn't want to tap this bad behavior. I also told her that the food didn't come hot, it came warm and the frits were cold. Jenn F was then our server and she was great. When the bill came, everything was again full of price, I said that I don't have to be compensated, but a small gesture would have been thoughtful. Maybe a voucher for our next visit or a free dessert. If I'm near $100 on a meal, even $50 on a meal, I don't have to be treated like McKenna. I empathize with servers, always tip well, I was a server myself and I am beyond patients. But rude behavior is not okay. We won't be here again. The worst thing was to put a whole damper on what should lead to a nice leak.
We sat at 12:15 and told our server we had to go at 1:00. Dawn (not her real name) said no problem and we immediately ordered a Caesar salad with chicken, no bacon, no coutons and some Calamari. The foods were fast, but the Caesar had caesar croutons and lacked the most important ingredient its name cake... The Calamari was only moderate and an hour later, I apologized to the washroom, and it was worse the second time. The fresh bread was a nice touch, but to find out that the paper bag that comes out is just thrown out instead of recycled... How many thousand of them are the restaurant going through a week? Greta Thunberg has nightmares about it!! I rarely give bad reviews, I never give fake or false reviews. My suggestion if you have the opportunity to have a quick bite with your wife for an exception hardly ever occasion lunch in the middle of the working week, no children, etc., etc., don't eat here.
Great place for lunch with the family on the way. The size was very large, and the prices were very reasonable. All we ordered was delicious and our server was very friendly and helpful.
We we're seated Within 5 minutes. Replaced our drink order. The waitress came back with our drinks and then we placed our food order. My wife ordered the linguini alfredo with chicken. I ordered the meat lasagna. We started off with the garden salad what's...double dressing. We also started off with the garlic loaf. The salad was awesome the garlic loaf bread was awesome. When are food arrived my wife's Linguine Alfredo with chicken the noodles were very dry not enough alfredo sauce on them. So we call the way course over my wife got a side of alfredo sauce. She mix that in then it became a much better meal it was a little pungent with too much garlic. Mixing in the side of Alfredo tamed it down a little bit made it into a good meal. However I do not think we should have had to ask for more sauce the chef or cook should have known that that was too dry to begin with. My lasagna came again supposed to be a meat lasagna. If there was any meat in there it was absolutely microscopic. I did not enjoy the four cheese mixture with in the lasagna it just did not suit my taste. I've had way better lasagna I was absolutely not impressed with their lasagna it had a weird taste to it it did not suit me at all and I only ate about 25% of it. The waitress packed it up for me to take home why I don't know because it got thrown into the garbage can immediately. I would not order lasagna there ever again I was not impressed at all. I guess I will have to stick to spaghetti and meatballs and mushrooms there 4 Pizza but it'll never be lasagna that's for sure we're seated within 5 minutes. We placed our drink order. The waitress came back with our drinks and then we play Star food order. My wife ordered the linguini alfredo with chicken. I ordered the meat lasagna. We started off with the garden salad with double dressing. We also started off with the garlic bread. The salad was awesome, the garlic bread was awesome. When are food arrived my wife's linguini Alfredo with chicken the noodles were very dry not enough alfredo sauce on them. So we call the waitress over my wife got a side of alfredo sauce. She mix that in then it became a much better meal . As far as I'm concerned the chef in the kitchen should have known that it was too dry and at least made it with more alfredo sauce in it. My lasagna meat lasagna apparently. If there was meat in there it was microscopic. The lasagna had a four cheese blend which I did not enjoy lasagna had a weird taste to it .one that my pallet did not enjoy. The noodles we're hard on the outside edges and I was not impressed with the flavor of the taste of lasagna. I would never order lasagna there over again after trying to eat that. I ate about 25% of it only and then finally gave up and said enough. Thank God the salad was good and the bread because that's what basically I eat the most of. I would not recommend nor would I ever get lasagna there ever again. I guess I'll have to stick to spaghetti meatballs and mushrooms there or a pizza. The service was outstanding our waitress was absolutely awesome friendly fast and very attentive to us. Too bad there wasn't a cook in the kitchen that had her attitude because I was not impressed with the food at all.
