Bidrage med feedbackI have used this Starbucks for over a year, pleasant staff always got a smile for us always welcome me by name, go out of their way to satisfy and make the best coffee. I visit min twice a week and im always made to feel welcome.
Nice decor and comfy. But sat at the seats by the fire door and all I heard was the door to there kitchen or rear storage area banging every time a member of staff went through. Really annoying and totally ruined the trip.
As someone who works on this retail park, this branch is easy to access and the staff are all incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Even when busy staff are always trying their best and making an effort. One staff member in particular stands out ahead any other one, Matt is always serving with a smile, offering help to people when they need it and never complains about a thing. Absolutely the kind of worker you want in your company, couldn't fault him in the slightest.
Lovely, friendly staff I came in very frazzled and they were instantly kind; their warmth really made a difference to my afternoon. Thank you!
I’ve been to this store a number of years and the service has been hit and miss. In the recent months the service has deteriorated as well as the cleanliness. The store has been refurbished a matters of days and already it’s messy both in the customer areas and behind the counters. 2 consecutive days, 27th and 28th August I pointed out housefly’s inside the glass cabinet containing the fresh bakery products and landing on items of unwrapped food. When I pointed this out the staff member opened the glass door and tried waving it out without little success. Inside the cabinet I also pointed out a number of smaller midges. The morning of the 28th I was again there and yet again there was a housefly in the cabinet. When I pointed this out I was told ‘I know and I’ve given up trying to get it out’ although the cabinet door was left open. Clearly a health issue there. The waiting area where the drinks are placed at the end of the counter was messy as were the condiment holders, spillages etc and no effort to wipe down the counter despite a bottle of cleaner at the back of the counter. The other smaller counter also had dried up spillages. This store didn’t look like a freshly refurbished store less than a week since it re opened. The staff seemed more concerned discussing their social and personal life’s than interacting with the customers. A shambles of a store and when you contact Starbucks head office via the app they seem to add rewards to the app for the ‘inconvenience’. I would rather not receive the rewards and instead walk into a Starbucks that would like to serve customers professionally and on a clean tidy environment. Not a great example of a Starbucks!
